Kase and Hunter with crew put a roof on my townhouse that is 2 stories high. They replaced rotted wood and decking and also worked with the HOA and insurance to accomplish the job. Many people do not understand the competition of roofing and the challenges in this industry The hot sun and weather conditions alone cause many companies to fail Thanks guys and I wish you health and God speed.+0Posted on Google

BT Waterman17 August 2026I contacted Roof Gecko after reading positive reviews online about a leak in my roof. Hunter came out, inspected the issue, and explained my options. I was able to get on the schedule quickly, and the crew came out the following week to make the repairs. The entire process was fast, friendly, and professional. Scot Carraway11 August 2026I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Gecko and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them! From start to finish they were professional, courteous and friendly. Hunter went out of his way to explain the materials they would use and how the roof replacement process would work. We made an agreement on a Thursday evening and they had my roof replaced by the very next Wednesday! The crew was fast and efficient, and they cleaned up ALL materials and left my property in great shape! I highly recommend Roof Gecko to anyone looking to get roofing work completed.Posted on Google

I found Roof Gecko online and saw their great reviews, so I decided to give them a call. They sent Kase out to walk the job in less two hours and we were scheduled for the repair by the end of the week. Alex Shelton1 May 2026I reached out to Roof Gecko after discovering a leak in my roof, which had actually been replaced by another company just a few years ago. Kase Dupont, the owner, was incredibly responsive and came out the same day to inspect the issue. They turned around a quote quickly and had a crew scheduled just as fast. The team was professional, efficient, and did a great job fixing the problem. They also made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was their approach to the chimney flashing. They offered a much better long term solution than any of the other roofers we spoke with, including the company that originally installed the roof. I’m really glad I reached out to Kase and Roof Gecko and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.+5Posted on Google

CJ DuPont30 April 2026One of the best experiences overall. They really came through when 7 other companies failed! I have a brand new roof and all I had to pay of the 60k was my deductible. Wow I will refer them to everyone I know:-)+0Posted on Google
Ayla Seal25 March 2026Roof Gecko came out to inspect my elderly father’s roof after he had some damaged shingles. We were under the impression they would actually guide us in the right direction and help us understand our options. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The sales rep immediately told us that none of the damage would be covered by insurance, which didn’t sit right with me. He then turned around and quoted my father $12,000 to replace a small roof on his trailer. To make matters worse, he began pressuring my dad to finance the entire project on the spot. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of someone who may not know better, which is extremely concerning. I referred my dad to Lifetime Roofing, and they were able to work directly with his insurance provider and get the roof fully covered. Instead of paying $12,000 out of pocket, he only had to handle his deductible. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you’re considering Roof Gecko. Our experience raised some serious red flags.Posted on Google
Scott Robin27 February 2026Hunter and Wyatt was awesome. From start to finish everything went great. they put a new roof on my house and one day. I would recommend this company then and again. Thanks for everything.Posted on Google

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The turnaround time for the work was immediate, which I greatly appreciated. Mr. Wyatt supervised the project and maintained constant communication with images every step of the way. Thank you, Gecko, for your outstanding service and support. I highly recommend your team!Posted on Google
Sheryl Washington17 February 2026Wonderful company with a fantastic staff. The inspections of our roof was thoroughly appreciated. No one had ever taken the time to do so in order to replace the roof. I was impressed with their attention to details. We had a new and improved roof in no time. Caroline Maxwell29 January 2026Hunter, Clinton, and Wyatt are great! Start to finish, this group of guys maintained open and honest communication. They weren’t the least expensive quote we got, but they were by far the most thorough inspection and the only price that didn’t come with caveats. Their crew worked efficiently, and the roof looks great! Hunter went above and beyond to ensure there was no additional damage done before work could start when the forecast showed rain and ice. I definitely recommend giving them a call.Posted on Google
Stacey Fontenot28 January 2026These guys were great to work with! Hunter came out and inspected the roof he was polite and was able to answer all questions. We asked if he could come back another day to finish his presentation and he had no problem with it. He and Clinton came back and went over the products and the process thoroughly. We were able to schedule the installation very quickly. The job started early and Wyatt oversaw the installation. Even though I was at work he kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures. When it was done he came and walked me around the house. He pointed out the features and the roof looked so good! The yard was completely cleaned up. All of the guys were great and they even seemed to enjoy our silly sense of humor.Posted on Google

LARRY BREEN31 December 2025Five Star Company. Brandon came out and looked at the roof to confirm hail damage. Once confirmed he filed the claim with my insurance company. Insurance adjuster and Hunter with SOCO inspected the roof. A few weeks go by before I received an estimate from my insurance Co. Insurance was only paying 5K towards a 20K + job. Brandon then turned the claim over to his man Hunter. Hunter was able to get an independent inspector back out to do a 2nd inspection. A few weeks go by and WOW, insurance paid for a total roof replacement. They also covered a metal patio cover. The roofing crew was the best I’ve ever seen. They all knew their job and were very professional. The clean up was Awesome. I would recommend SOCO to everyone I know.Posted on Google

Tracey McKee13 November 2025My experience with Roof Gecko has been fabulous. Bailey, the sales rep for the company, educated me on many roofing applications. He was very thorough with the roof inspection and identified areas that would need to be repaired. I really appreciated that. Jaime, labor management and scheduling,, coordinated all aspects of material drop off and preinstallation. I was not inconvenienced at all. It went very smoothly. The real heroes were the guys who installed the roof. They worked tirelessly repairing and installing the materials and shingles. I’ve never seen anything like it. They controlled and removed all the old materials keeping the site clean and organized. They trimmed branches, worked in the attic and even cleaned my gutters. These guys are very good at what they do. I think the best. This team assessed, repaired and shingled my roof and I would highly recommend them to everyone. My roof is beautiful and this roof will last an eternity.Posted on Google
Darryl Bell11 November 2025From the sales staff to supervision staff, but mostly I give props to the installation guys. They were awesome. They showed up on time(6:30 am)and did an excellent install, & they cleaned up and left the place immaculate, and the installation looks fantastic. I'm just excited & being enthused. But they did the most awesome job that I could ever imagine. Between the materials that the company uses, which is top-notch, to the installation, which is second to none. They took a lot of care & they did everything right. I highly recommend them, if you have the opportunity and you need a new roof please give these guys a call. Their sales and service is second to none, and if you have a question, Jamie always answers.+6Posted on Google
Tommy Duke III8 November 2025These guys were at the St. Vincent De Paul dining room and they did a very good job, however, though I'm a little afraid. If I call them for a consultation, I might get the same results i got from others, businesses, absolute disrespect, and I don't need that right now.And neither does my case manager for my house. That's under their charity blanket , because anything that happens to me or my house, I am liable to make a report about it as quickly as I can. If I call this company ain't get respect and kindness without fail or the person shows up without any judgment at all we shall shePosted on Google

David Ray9 September 2025Roof Gecko is hands-down the best roofing company in Louisiana! They did a wonderful job on my roof—as you can see from the photos. Replacing a roof can be messy, but their cleanup was absolutely flawless. I couldn’t find a single ounce of debris or trash left behind. I live in a townhouse, which makes roofing more complicated since I share parts of my roof with neighboring units. Despite that challenge, Roof Gecko handled everything with care and precision. They did an excellent job fixing my roof. I highly recommend them. Unlike some other companies, Roof Gecko guaranteed that the shingles would match code for my homeowners association. They even worked directly with my HOA to make sure everything was approved and up to standard. They also went above and beyond—there were a few extra issues they discovered during the job, and they fixed them at no extra charge. That kind of honesty and service is rare. If you're looking to get your roof replaced, this is the company to call. Professional, reliable, and truly committed to doing the job right.+2Posted on Google

These guys were just amazing from start to finish, and even after my job was completed, Kase has still been in touch with me checking in. You dont get that very often. I was kept informed whenever there was a weather delay that hindered the start of my job, which was totally out of their hands, but they made the call to assure me. I would like to shout out my awesome salesperson, Brandon. you rock man even though we had to run from a few bees ha.. Kavin did a great job with updates and pictures regarding each step of the process. This gave me peace of mind. The crew lead man Santos led the crew and kept them pushing to get the job done. Andrew Carpenter9 July 2025We recently had Roof Gecko come out and replace our roof and I couldn’t be more impressed. They explained everything very well up front and were very open and honest about the process and potential costs. They were very timely and got the job done quickly with a crew who knew what they were doing, they communicated everything upfront when there was a severe weather delay, and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. They clearly take pride in their work and use excellent quality material which is great because cheap material and poor construction is why we needed a replacement in the first place. Lastly, they did an extraordinary job of cleaning up after all was said and done. They even removed a few nails that had fallen into our pool without us needing to point it out. Full on 10/10 would recommend to anybody needing a new roof. Price wise I would say they aren’t the most expensive, but they weren’t the cheapest either which I think is a good thing because you definitely get what you pay for with them and they aren’t cutting any corners. Excellent work all around.+0Posted on Google

Andi E26 June 2025It's an hour after our scheduled time for an inspection/estimate. Have received no calls. Don't worry about showing up. We won't be using your company. Update: Hunter apologized, and I was willing to give them a second chance. The owner called and apologized and then asked me to take down this review, he practically begged me. Meanwhile, I have a screaming baby in my arms. He even acknowledged by saying, "Boy, sounds like you're busy." Then continued on asking me to change review and about how it looks like I enjoy leaving reviews?? That's a bit creepy. I told him I would consider it after I meet about the estimate. He still tried to continue the call. I had to tell him I had to go, because still screaming baby. Then the owner must of had Hunter call 5 mins later. Still busy dude. Then, the owner tried to call again 20 mins later and text me about scheduling, which I had already scheduled with Hunter. At this point, you're just sounding desperate to save my business. Hunter, I do appreciate your apology, but the owner has crossed the line.Posted on Google

Tim Brown17 May 2025This is a great company run by really awesome people that do the right thing. You can tell Roof Gecko genuinely cares—whether it’s residential roof repair, full roof replacement, or storm damage restoration, they show up with professionalism and integrity. I’ve followed their work in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, and their attention to detail on everything from roof inspections to new installations is consistently solid. They’re the kind of team you feel good recommending to neighbors, especially after a rough storm or when you want a second opinion before investing in a big repair. They seem especially knowledgeable about metal roofing and asphalt shingles, and it’s clear they don’t cut corners with materials. The commercial side of their business looks just as dialed in, offering roof maintenance and solutions for larger buildings. I appreciate how transparent they are about the process and how proactive they seem with preventing future issues through inspections and ongoing service. Chris Rosendahl26 April 2025This experience will be long remembered. It all began after a recent hail storm a few weeks ago. I received a call from Kase at Roof Gecko to offer a free survey of my roof. From that conversation, I met Hunter, my sales rep, who we scheduled to come out and check out my roof. He found that I had wind damage and showed me all of the places with his chalk markings on my roof. We also discovered that the roof was improperly installed from the last roofer many years ago. Hunter was very helpful throughout the whole process and walked me through what to expect from start to finish. We picked out my shingle color, and he had Jamie contact me to schedule the install and have my roofing materials delivered to my house along with the dumpster. On the day of the install, the roofing crew arrived bright and early to start tearing off my old roof. Within 50 minutes into the project, I was pleasantly surprised to get a text from Kevin introducing himself as my project manager and sending me drone pictures of what was going on outside on my roof! He said that he would keep me updated with their progress. What? I was shocked with amazement. They went over and beyond my expectations. I continued to get 2 more series of drone images with explanations of what Arbin's roofing crew were doing. I was amazed at the pace of the project and outside of one short moment of silence when they must have taken a break, they were constantly doing something. I came out to meet and talk with Kevin and saw the job almost finished and much to my surprise, Arbin's crew were meticulously going around my house to pickup any remaining debris from the project. Kevin and I did a walk through afterwards. I only found 2 roofing nails from my old roof! These guys were thorough! Outside of a few stray rubber bands and few old roof pieces, the job site was spotless! Wow! Kevin sent me the attached before and after drone photos. I was more than pleased and HIGHLY recommend Roof Gecko. They even have their own brand of roofing materials that they use in their projects! I would give them a 13 out of 10! Excellence is definitely one of their core values.+4Posted on Google

I mentioned to a relative about it and they told me I should try SOCO roofing, and I am glad I did. They handled everything from start to finish and took all the headaches out of the situation that comes with making a claim. Hunter Hasselbeck, their sales rep, was the absolute best. He is young but very wise to the business beyond his years. When the job got started the crews worked diligently and worked very efficiently together. At one point early on in the process, Jaimie Ochoa, SOCO’s production manager, arrived and was the last one to leave. At different stages he would explain to me what I was looking at as far as the steps the crews were taking and the high quality up to code materials and procedures that they were following. I cannot stress enough that if you need a new roof or you think you warrant a claim that you definitely want to call Hunter Hasselbeck at SOCO Roofing of Baton Rouge, La before you make any false moves, you will be glad you did. - Martin F+2Posted on Google

Heather Millis9 June 2024My experience with SoCo has been awesome so far!! The owner Kase has been very helpful and very knowledgeable. He has walked me through the process of filing an insurance claim and met with the adjuster and has been available to answer questions I’ve had all along the way. The day of the job came and the workers showed up and started at around 6:15 am. They tarped all the way around my house and completely covered my pool. I could tell they have been working together for a while as each worker knew the job they needed to do and needed no instruction. They were all very professional and never stopped working until the job was done. The last man came down from a completed roof just a little after noon!! Unbelievable how efficient they were. Then they all joined in on the cleanup and did an awesome job on that part as well!! Afterwards the project manager Jaime and Kase went up and inspected the job..they did find a few minor issues that need to be addressed and have assured me it will be resolved first thing Monday morning. I highly recommend this company for any roofing need. Thank you for a job very well done!!Posted on Google

James O Germany III7 June 2024Soco roofing did an awesome job. They kept me informed on the progress and the condition of what they found concerning my roof fixed the issues and professionally and systematically installed my shingles the way they are supposed to be done. They kept it to code and explained what fly by night companies do to cut corners which is why you my find pieces of shingles on the ground around your house after a storm. They were simply not installed correctly. GO SOCO BABY! THEY GOT YOU!!! They come back and do a thorough inspection after as well. I have solar that had to be removed and reinstalled so for sure get with them if you need a riof done and you have solar.+2Posted on Google

Oldsole guidry6 June 2024Soco was great to work with. Very clear and open communication. They handled everything with my insurance and made smoother than I thought possible. For my installation, they had a larger crew than normal and the roof was done before lunch. Kase, the salesman and inspector, was very nice and a straight shooter. Jaime, the installation supervisor was just as great to work with. He basically gave me a mini presentation during installation to show that everything was done correctly and with quality materials. This showed me that they are care about the product they put out and the reputation thereafter. Highly recommend.+3Posted on Google

This job far exceeded my expectations, AND my neighbor was jealous, having just been through his own roof replacement with another company. Shannon Branch28 March 2024Ok, let’s start at the beginning. Some random guy (come to be known as Garrison) knocked on my door asking if he could give me a free estimate for my roof. I reluctantly said yes. He came back promptly and told me he was confident he could get my HO ins to pay for the roof minus the deductible and he would basically hold my hand (do most of it for us) through the process. He really did just that & all we had to do was pay the deductible and decide what color shingles we wanted. Building day came. The showed up promptly, and quickly got to work. They laid down tarp for debris, and Jamie (head guy in charge) took the time to go through the entire process with me so I felt knowledgeable the whole way. He then did the same with my husband when he came home. He sent me progress photos throughout the day and stayed in regular contact with me. The transparency was unbelievably refreshing. At the end he walked my around the property, describing the materials and the why behind they do it the way they do. He encouraged me to point out if anything looked amiss, which it didn’t. Overall I’m increasingly happy I let that random Garrison talk me into even opening my door! Highly recommended! Great job to Jamie and his entire crew. Done in a day and incredibly nice!Posted on Google

I have a brand new roof and all I had to pay of the 60k was my deductible. Wow I will refer them to everyone I know:-)+0Posted on GoogleAyla Seal25 March 2026Roof Gecko came out to inspect my elderly father’s roof after he had some damaged shingles. He kept me informed every step of the way!Posted on GoogleJason Tarver28 April 2025Crew was fantastic! Here early and looks great!!Posted on GoogleChris Rosendahl26 April 2025This experience will be long remembered. Done in a day and incredibly nice!Posted on GoogleLinda Oatis27 March 2024Very professional crew; worked hard and I am very satisfied+1Posted on GoogleAl22 March 2024This contractor was the best I've ever had, and I'm 84 years old. They were exceptionally professional in all aspects, from the initial contact, to the completion of the roof installation. If I could rate them higher than 5, I would. I highly recommend them.Posted on GoogleSarah Malarcher20 March 2024Arrived and began promptly at exactly at 6:30 a.m. removing existing shingles, existing felt, existing plumbing vent boots and existing ridge tiles. All existing items listed and more were replaced with better quality products. Note: discovered rotten wood section due to an initially unforeseen leak. The team replaced the section immediately. Mr. Jaime (Superintendent) was very kind, friendly and walked the site with me explaining the real time construction process. He was available at any time for any questions as well as provided constant updates throughout the process. (Please refer to attached photos). Amazingly, Mr. Jaime and his team started at 6:30 a.m. and finished at 6:00 p.m., leaving our home cleaner than when they initially arrived in the morning.
